Food hunting in MANN HANN

This was my first time to dine at Mann Hann with a best friend.
We were bit surprised to know that it is at a very reasonable prices. The food ranges from P200 to P400 and all is good for 2 to 3 persons.

Mann Hann was derived from an ancient Chinese legend that the owners love to tell their children. The romance involved Mann or Manchurian and a descendant from an old Han Dynasty and how the emperor's opulence showed when entertaining foreign dignitaries by ordering “Mann Hann” Menu which consist of 200 delectable varieties. These feasts usually took them weeks to consume. Nobody knows for sure how the story ended but somehow synonymous with authentic Chinese Cuisine.

When we arrived around dinner, we were on the waiting list. But the service is so fast that while we're waiting for our turn to dine, the staff immediately asked for our order and when we finally sat down, the food arrived fresh, tasty and still hot, hot, hot in just 5 minutes!

Pancit Canton P 245.00
We were gratified when the order came up. And I said, "lakas natin kumain! May canton na may kanin pa, nakaka hiya sa iba!" Btw, we ordered garlic rice which costs P145.00.

At hala, nagfiesta ang CARBO sa table namin! Buti nalang may dumating din sa kabilang table at gaya namin dalawa lang sila at ang order din nila pancit, calamares at rice! Hehehe...Hindi lang kami ang malakas kumain!

Sweet and Sour Spareribs P 250.00
First bite with its sauce hmnn... sarap! It was not too sour though. Just enough for our taste buds.

Ice Tea P65.00
Refreshing Coke in can costs P50.00 for my best friend!

Oh, a hot tea will be served upon your sitting.  As for me, I was able to drink three cups of tea due to my colds.  The first served tea was warm so I ordered a hot tea.  And after we became so full, we ordered again but then again, it was a warm tea. :( It was free so be it.

Full mouth and stomach :)
We noticed that compare to other restaurants, Mann Hann has never run out of waiting list diners.
Lagi may mga taong nasa labas na nagiintay for their turn. Maybe, that was dinner time or it may be the food and the service that's why the customers keep coming back...Because honestly, we do really like the food, ambiance (although it looked quite intimidating at once) and the price given by this Chinese restaurant.
